John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey is currently a Director of Orford Mining Corporation and a Director at the World Gold Council. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Carol Banducci is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAMGOLD Corporation. She joined IAMGOLD in July 2007, and currently oversees all aspects of finance, information technology and investor relations. From 2011 to 2015, Carol was also Chair of Niobec Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAMGOLD, prior to orchestrating the sale of the business in early 2015.
Prior to joining IAMGOLD, Carol was Vice President, Financial Operations of Royal Group Technologies, Chief Financial Officer of Canadian General-Tower Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Orica Explosives North America and ICI Explosives Canada & Latin America. He served as Hecla’s Chief Financial Officer from May 2001 to June 2003; Chief Operating Officer from November 2001 to May 2003; and Vice President from May 2001 to November 2001. He has also served as a Director of QEP Resources, Inc. (a leading independent natural gas and oil exploration and production company), since May 2010, as well as serving as a Director for Questar Corporation (a Western U.S. natural gas-focused exploration and production, interstate pipeline and local distribution company) from February 2004 through June 2010.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. He has also been a director of the Company since 2016.
Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima.
Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and has been involved in many capital market transactions, including placements of equity and debt, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is past President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

Mr. Vincent Benoit is a seasoned executive, with 30 years of corporate finance, investors relations and M&A experience in the mining, energy and telecom & IT sectors. He works for La Mancha Resources Group since 2013 when he advised Naguib Sawiris for his acquisition. After having spent 4 years (2016-2019) at Endeavour Mining Corp (30% owned by La Mancha) as Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Development, he moved back to La Mancha to take care of special growth projects for the group. While at La Mancha from 2013 to 2015, he was Executive Vice President, Strategy & Business Development where he successfully led the group’s portfolio restructuring which re-positioned La Mancha as a leading private mining investor through strategic alliances formed with Evolution Mining Ltd. (ASX:EVN) and Endeavour Mining (TSX:EDV).
Before joining La Mancha, Mr. Benoit was Executive Vice-President Mergers & Acquisitions at Orange and managed the development of the group’s African footprint, its European portfolio restructuring, and forming strategic partnerships. At Orange, he was also Head of Strategy & Investor Relations from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Benoit previously held various finance positions including with Areva, Bull Information System, and PwC. He holds a business degree from Kedge Business School and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mitchell J. Krebs was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Coeur Mining in July 2011, which is one of the 3,000 largest publicly traded companies in the U.S. (CDE:NYSE) Prior to becoming President and CEO, Mr. Krebs served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from March 2008 to July 2011; Treasurer from July 2008 to March 2010; Senior Vice President, Corporate Development from May 2006 to March 2008; and Vice President, Corporate Development from February 2003 to May 2006. Mr. Krebs first joined Coeur in August 1995 as Manager of Acquisitions after working as an investment banking analyst for PaineWebber Inc. in its Mergers & Acquisitions group.
During his tenure with Coeur Mining, Mr. Krebs has been responsible for dozens of acquisitions and divestitures of private and public entities both domestically and internationally and has overseen numerous private and public financings involving all aspects of the capital structure totaling nearly three billion dollars. Since becoming CEO, Mr. Krebs has led an organizational relocation including a reconstitution of the board and overhaul of the senior management team, all of which has contributed to industry leading growth, ESG leadership, and the country’s best safety record among metals mining companies. Mr. Krebs recently led the Company through a $725 million expansion of its Rochester operation in Nevada, which will now be America’s largest source of domestically produced silver and one of the world’s largest operations of its kind.
Mr. Krebs is a seasoned leader in the mining industry, recognized for his strategic vision, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and his commitment to sustainable growth. Under his leadership, Coeur Mining has become a prominent player in the global mining sector, and he has guided the company through challenging market conditions and evolving industry dynamics. Mr. Krebs serves as the current Chairman of The National Mining Association, which represents nearly 300 companies, and he led the creation of its ESG Task Force in 2020. Mr. Krebs also served on the Board of Kansas City Southern Railway Company (NYSE:KSU) (Audit Committee; Finance and Strategic Investments Committee), culminating in the $31 billion acquisition by Canadian Pacific (NYSE:CP) that closed last year. Mr. Krebs is a past President of The Silver Institute where he remains on the Board and serves on the Executive Committee. Mr. Krebs also serves on the board of Big Shoulders Fund, which provides support to inner-city schools to provide a quality, values-based education for Chicago’s children.
Mr. Krebs holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (1993) and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University (1999). He grew up in rural Iowa and lives in Chicago with his wife Debby and their three young children.

Rui Feng is a successful entrepreneur, explorer, and mine builder with over 25 years of global mining industry experience. His passion for discovery has led him to explore and acquire mineral opportunities worldwide. He was integral in discovering Jinshan Gold’s CSH Gold Mine in China in 2002, which was acquired by China Gold International. Dr. Feng founded Silvercorp in 2003 by acquiring early-stage properties in China. Through discovery and development, Silvercorp has become one of the most profitable Canadian mining companies, with multiple mines in China. As CEO of New Pacific Metals, Dr. Feng led the company to Bolivia in 2017 and acquired the Silver Sand project which has recently led to a significant discovery.
In addition to delivering value to employees and shareholders through discovery and development, Dr. Feng also believes a sustainable operation requires innovation and more effective management. He pioneered a digital information management tool for Silvercorp’s mines, which has contributed to improved organizational performance and operational profitability.
Dr. Feng obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geology in China, his Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada in 1992, and received a Post-Doctorial fellowship from the National Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada in 1992. Dr. Feng supports many community and social causes through contributions made personally and through the actions of the companies he leads.

Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publicly traded companies in the resource and technology sectors. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex, open pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a CGIC Accredited Director.

Prior to joining KORE Mining, Mr. Trebilcock most recently was Chief Development Officer of Nevsun Resources, responsible for strategy, corporate development, investor relations and exploration. Nevsun sold to Zijin Mining for $1.9 billion after a year-long contested defense process led by Mr. Trebilcock. Mr. Trebilcock also drove M&A at Nevsun, including the 2016 acquisition of Reservoir Minerals, and led Nevsun’s investor relations program for almost a decade. Mr. Trebilcock holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Director.

Nicholas Mather graduated in 1979 from the University of Queensland with a B.Sc. (Hons, Geology). He has 35 years’ experience in exploration and resource company management in a variety of countries. His career has taken him to numerous countries exploring for precious and base metals and fossil fuels. Nicholas Mather has focused his attention on the identification of and investment in large resource exploration projects. He was managing director of BeMaX Resources NL (an ASX-listed company) from 1997 until 2000 and instrumental in the discovery of the world class Ginkgo mineral sand deposit in the Murray Basin in 1998. As an executive director of Arrow Energy NL (also ASX-listed) until his resignation in 2004, Nicholas Mather drove the acquisition and business development of Arrow’s large Surat Basin Coal Bed Methane project in south-east Queensland. He was managing director of Auralia Resources NL, a junior gold explorer, before its USD23 million merger with Ross Mining NL in 1995. He was a non-executive director of Ballarat Goldfields NL until 2004, having assisted that company in its recapitalisation and requotation on the ASX in 2003. He was also founder and Chairman of TSX-V listed Waratah Coal Inc until its $130m takeover by Minerology Pty Ltd in December 2008. Prior to this he was a Senior Manager with an international accounting firm advising various public companies on Canadian and US stock exchange regulations, equity financings, and general financial management. Mr. Howes joined DPM in early 2009 as General Manager and Executive Director of Dundee Precious Metals Chelopech EAD (formerly Chelopech Mining EAD) and, in November 2010, was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Howes worked for 30 years in various operating and technical capacities in the Canadian mining industry working for major mining producers including Vale Inco, Falconbridge and Cominco. Mr. Adams has 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was the Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2007 to 2011 as the General Manager of the Rosebel mine in Suriname and then the Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams is also a director of GT Gold Corp. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Stephen Quin was appointed president, chief executive officer and a director of Midas Gold, Inc. effective January 1, 2011 and guided the Company through the completion of the acquisition of the Yellow Pine deposit, which forms a core asset in the Stibnite Gold Project, the creation of Midas Gold Corp. and its combination with Midas Gold, Inc. in April 2011, the 2011 TSX listing of Midas Gold Corp., and subsequent advancement of the Stibnite Gold Project and fundraising to support the work thereon.
Prior to joining Midas Gold, Mr. Quin served as president and chief operating officer of Capstone Mining Corp. (“Capstone”), a mid-tier copper producer with mines in Canada and Mexico and, before that, as president and chief executive officer of Sherwood Copper Corporation (“Sherwood”), which was amalgamated into Capstone in November 2008. As president and CEO of Sherwood, Mr. Quin led that company through the exploration, feasibility, permitting, mine financing and construction of the Minto Mine and subsequent operations, resource increases and production expansions. In 2009, Mr. Quin was co-recipient of the E.A. Scholz Award for excellence in mine development and, in 2012, the Selwyn Blaylock medal for responsible and sustainable exploration. Prior to joining Sherwood, Stephen was Executive VP at Miramar Mining Corporation, where he was responsible for exploration, business development and investor relations for 18 years, and notable milestones included the acquisition of the Con gold mine in NWT, the acquisition and exploration of the Hope Bay gold project in Nunavut and the creation of Northern Orion Exploration and its acquisition and advancement of the Agua Rica copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry copper project and the San Jorge copper project, both in Argentina.
Mr. Quin is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London, UK, with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Mining Geology and has over 30 years of experience in exploration, feasibility, mine development, financing and operations, as well as corporate development and general corporate affairs. He is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, a Fellow of the Geologic Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK).

David Wolfin
David Wolfin is the President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver and Gold Mines Ltd. He has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.
He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. He successfully grew the company to one with 300-500 employees with a market capitalization reaching as high as $250 M.
Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico, Nevada and in the finance industry by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in the 1980’s, and several years at Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms in the 1980’s. He also learned under the mentorship of his late father Mr. Louis Wolfin, legendary mining financier.
He is experienced in M&As, Capital Markets, Brokered & Private Placement financings, and an Offtake agreement with Samsung, At-The-Market offerings, and credit facilities totalling more than $250 M US in aggregate.
Mr. Wolfin has studied business and geology at Colorado State & Simon Fraser Universities.
For the last 15 years, Mr. Wolfin has also managed the Oniva International Services Group which includes Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director).
In addition, he currently serves as Chairman and Director of Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. (Formerly Gray rock Resources Ltd.).

Mr. Fier is a Certified Professional Geologist (USA) and Engineer (Canada) with over 30 years of experience in the international mining industry including exploration, acquisition, development and production of numerous mining projects in Guyana, Chile, Brazil, Central America, Mexico and Peru.. He has in-depth knowledge of project evaluation and management, reserve estimation and economic analysis, construction, as well as operations management. Mr. Fier previously worked as Chief Geologist with Pegasus Gold Corp., Senior Engineer & Manager with Newmont Mining Corp. and Project Manager with Eldorado Gold Corp. and is also currently the Chief Operating Officer of Goldsource Mines Inc. (“Goldsource”). Prior to the formation of SilverCrest Metals he was a co-founder and COO of SilverCrest Mines Inc. ("SilverCrest Mines"), which was acquired by First Majestic Silver Corp in October, 2015. He was largely responsible for the successful implementation of a systematic and responsible “phased approach” business model, that built the Santa Elena project into a successful and profitable mine.

Peter Marrone is the Executive Chairman of Yamana Gold Inc., which he founded in 2003. He has more than 35 years of mining, business, and capital markets experience. He has been on the boards of a number of public companies and has advised companies with a strong South American and North American presence. Prior to Yamana, Mr. Marrone was the head of investment banking at a major Canadian investment bank and before that practiced law in Toronto with a strong focus on corporate law, securities law, and international transactions.

Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has strengthened its balance sheet, advanced its portfolio of mines and projects, and achieved one of the best safety records in the industry.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a career in investment banking, where he worked primarily in mining, industrials, forestry, power and utility sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and a MEng in Mining from McGill University.

Mr. Boyd serves as the Vice-Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Sean was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in 1998 after having served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 1998 and Comptroller from 1985 to 1990.
During Mr. Boyd's tenure as CEO, Agnico Eagle has grown from a small, single mine gold producer to a multi-mine international gold mining company. Mr. Boyd has been recognized as The Northern Miner’s Mining Person of the year in 2007 and 2017. He has appeared on the list of The Best-Performing CEOs in the World in the Harvard Business Review in 2010, 2016 and 2017.
Mr. Boyd also serves on the Board of Directors for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation where he chairs the Granting, Impact and Stewardship Committee. He has also served on the Board of the World Gold Council and as a member of the St. Francis Xavier University Board of Governors.
Prior to joining Agnico Eagle in 1985, Mr. Boyd was a staff accountant with Clarkson Gordon (Ernst & Young). He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Comm.).

Mr. Sean Roosen is Founder and former Chair & CEO of the Board of Directors of Osisko Gold Royalties. Mr. Roosen was previously Chair of the Board of Directors since the Company’s inception in 2014 until 2023. Mr. Roosen was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003) and of EurAsia Holding AG, a European venture capital fund.
Mr. Roosen has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic mine. He also led the efforts for the maximization of shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Royalties. Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore for mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally.
In 2017, Mr. Roosen received an award from Mines and Money Americas for best Chief Executive Officer in North America and was, in addition, named in the “Top 20 Most Influential Individuals in Global Mining”. In prior years, he has been recognized by several organizations for his entrepreneurial successes and his leadership in innovative sustainability practices. Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.

Tony Makuch
Mr. Makuch has over 35 years of mining+ industry experience and was most recently President, CEO and Director of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd ("Kirkland"). During his five-year tenure as CEO of Kirkland, Mr. Makuch led the transformation of the company, with annual gold production increasing from 315,000 oz to over 1,400,000 oz, the market capitalization of the company increasing from approximately C$1 billion to over C$13 billion and Kirkland's share price increasing over 530%. These milestones were achieved on the back of two successful acquisitions, industry-leading operational performance and significant exploration success and ultimately culminated in Kirkland's merger with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in 2022.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Mr. Makuch was President and CEO at Lake Shore Gold Inc., from 2008 until its acquisition by Tahoe Resources Inc. in 2016, when he became the Executive Vice-President and President of Canadian Operations. From 2006 to 2008 Mr. Makuch was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FNX Mining Company Inc. From 1998 to 2005 he held progressively senior positions with Dynatec Corporation, including VP Operations. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Makuch worked with Kinross Gold Corporation at a number of their North American operations. Mr. Makuch is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo (Ontario), and both a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Queen´s University (Ontario) and has obtained the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business.

He has extensive experience internationally in mining, including as President of Teck Cominco Limited (now Teck Resources Ltd.). Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Dean was a founding member of management of the Normandy Poseidon Group, (which became Normandy Mining) a co-founder of PacMin Mining Corporation which became a subsidiary of Teck Corporation in 1999. He was also a co-founder and former Chairman of Amerigo Resources Ltd. More recently, Mr. Dean was Chairman, CEO and founder of Atlantic Gold Corporation, focused on gold exploration, development and production in Nova Scotia, which was sold to St. Barbara Limited in 2019 for $802 million after building its Moose River Consolidated Mine on time and on budget and operating at the lowest decile cost profile in the gold sector.
Mr. Dean is a recipient of the Viola R. MacMillan Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for individuals demonstrating leadership in management and financing for the exploration and development of mineral resources. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) and Chairman of Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (TSX-V: FEO).

Prior to joining Wesdome, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. ("SAS") until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002 he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Kirkland Lake Gold Inc.) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering & Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a native of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and has extensive experience in the mining of gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.
Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.

Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium renaissance as co-founder and Chairman of Energy Metals Corp., and was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history before the company was acquired by Uranium One Corp for $1.8 Billion. Mr. Sheriff also serves as Chairman of enCore Energy Corp. Mr. Sheriff co-founded and previously served as Chairman of Till Capital and EMC Metals Corp., and as a Director of Western Lithium USA Inc., Uranium One Inc., Midway Gold Corp., Eurasian Minerals Inc. and Starcore International Mines Ltd. Additionally, he led the discovery and development team for the Cripple Creek Deposit in Colorado, which is operated by Newmont and contains over 15 million ounces of gold. He also led the discovery work on two other Nevada gold deposits, Yankee Mine & Elder Creek Mine. Mr. Pontius has demonstrated exceptional skill at operating junior mining companies that have provided shareholders with excellent returns on their investments. He spent five years as the President and CEO of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (ITH) which has made a number of gold and copper-gold discoveries in Alaska and Nevada, the most notable being the Livengood Gold Deposit. Prior to working at ITH, Mr. Pontius spent seven years as the US and North American Exploration Manager for AngloGold Ashanti as well as participating as a Director of Anglo American (USA) Exploration Inc. and a member of AngloGold Ashanti's regional business development team.

He reported to the Chief Executive Officer and played a lead role in the strategic development of Barrick for 13 years between 1998 and early 2011, during which time he executed over 25 gold mining transactions including the acquisitions of Homestake Mining Company and Placer Dome Inc. and the consolidation of the world class Cortez property from Rio Tinto. Mr. Blasutti also led the creation of Barrick Energy Inc. to hedge Barrick's exposure to energy prices and the initial public offering of African Barrick Gold. During his tenure at Barrick, Mr. Blasutti was integrally involved in numerous equity and financing transactions and also led the Investor Relations function. Mr. Blasutti was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he planned, supervised and managed audits for a variety of clients.

Mr. Child joined Condor’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise the 587 sq km La India Project. He has overseen 85,000 m drilling and all technical studies for a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study. He has led the Project to be fully permitted for construction and extraction, purchased all the land and negotiated the purchase of a new SAG Mill, which has arrived in Nicaragua. He has led the financing for the Project over the last 13 years and de-risked the Project to a “construction ready” status.
Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets.
