André Labuschagne is an experienced mining executive with a career spanning more than 30 years, primarily in the gold industry.
He has held various executive roles in South Africa, PNG, Fiji and Australia for a number of leading gold companies, including Emperor Gold Mines, DRD Gold and AngloGold Ashanti. Previously as the Managing Director of ASX-listed gold company Norton Gold Fields Limited, Mr Labuschagne led the company’s growth to become a significant Australian gold producer, prior to its sale to a major Chinese gold company in 2012.
Mr Labuschagne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Potchefstroom University in South Africa.

Peter Kukielski was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in January, 2020 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since July 2019. Peter has more than 30 years of extensive global experience within the base metals, precious metals and bulk materials sectors, having overseen operations across the globe for companies. Most recently, Mr. Kukielski was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. from May 2017 until the acquisition of Nevsun in December 2018. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Kukielski was Chief Executive Officer of Anemka Resources, a private company backed by Warburg Pincus formed to invest in global mining assets. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Chief Executive, Mining for ArcelorMittal, responsible for 27 operating mines and three major development projects, distributed within 12 countries. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Kukielski was the Chief Operating Officer of Teck Resources, responsible for the copper, zinc, gold and the metallurgical coal operations and projects, in addition to overseeing the commercial function. From 2001 to 2006, he was with Falconbridge (originally Noranda) in senior roles, latterly including Chief Operating Officer, and in years prior he had various increasingly senior roles with other major mining companies, including direct experiences in engineering, commissioning and operating significant mines in a wide variety of international jurisdictions.

Mr. Racine joined Yamana in May 2014 and in August 2018 he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. From August 2012 until March 2014, Mr. Racine was President and Chief Operating Officer of Brigus Gold Corp. Prior to joining Brigus, Mr. Racine was Senior Vice President, Mining of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited where he was responsible for Agnico-Eagle's global mining operations. Mr. Racine joined Agnico-Eagle as a junior Mining Engineer in 1988 taking on progressively senior roles throughout his tenure, including LaRonde Mine Manager, Vice-President Operations Manager, and Senior Vice President Operations. Mr. Racine holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from Laval University. He is a registered engineer with L'Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec, a professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.
Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Sandip Rana, Chief Financial Officer, joined Franco-Nevada in April 2010. He previously served in treasurer and controller roles at old Franco-Nevada until 2002 and then acted as an international controller for Newmont. From 2003 to April 2010, Mr. Rana held financial roles at Four Seasons Hotels Limited where he last served as Vice-President Corporate Finance. Mr. Rana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA. In February 2019, Mr. Rana was recognized as a Top Gun CFO by Brendan Wood International.

Mr. Breeze has more than 25 years of technical and commercial experience across international markets. In March 2024, Mr. Breeze was promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Development, RGLD Gold AG. Prior to this, Mr. Breeze served as Vice President Corporate Development, RGLD Gold AG, since January 2019. Mr. Breeze is a member of the Board of Directors of RGLD Gold AG.
Before joining Royal Gold, Mr. Breeze worked for Bank of Montreal from 2010 to December 2018, serving most recently as Managing Director, Equities, for BMO Capital Markets, based in Zurich, Switzerland, where he was focused primarily on the mining sector. Previously, Mr. Breeze was a member of the Equities Group at UBS Investment Bank, where he worked extensively with North American and European mining companies across the commodity spectrum. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Breeze was a member of the geotechnical and mining team at Golder Associates.
Mr. Breeze holds Master of Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Breeze is also a registered Professional Engineer.

Randy Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and is currently the company’s President & CEO and a director. Before being appointed President in January 2010 and then CEO in April 2011, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focused on growing the company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities.
Prior to Wheaton Precious Metals, Mr. Smallwood was the Director of Project Development at Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp (since merged with Newmont) into one of the largest, and more importantly, one of the most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton Precious Metals.
Mr. Smallwood formerly served on the boards of several resource companies including Defiance Silver (formerly ValOro Resources and Geologix Explorations), Ventana Gold, Castle Peak Resources and Tigray Resources.
He is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations including Special Olympics BC, MineralsEd BC and Mining4Life, and previously served on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation as well as Chair of the World Gold Council from 2020 to 2023.
Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. In 2015, Mr. Smallwood received the British Columbia Institute of Technology Distinguished Alumni Award.

Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010–2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). As co-founder of Maxit Capital, he was instrumental in building an independent and highly successful advisory firm which acted on some of the most complex and value-enhancing transactions in the mining sector.
Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University.

Dr. Sumantra Maitra is a National Security Fellow at the Center for the National Interest and an elected Early Career historian member at the Royal Historical Society, UK.
Dr. Maitra is currently a senior contributor to The Federalist and The National Interest, in the US, and a columnist for The Critic Magazine, UK. He completed his PhD in International Relations at the University of Nottingham, UK, with a Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship in Research Excellence. He also holds an MA with distinction grade from SMU, India; as well as a Master of International Studies from the University of Otago, New Zealand, with distinctions in International Politics, and Global Trade, where he was awarded the prestigious Coursework Masters scholarship.

Christian Milau has been the CEO of Equinox Gold since August 2016, leading the team through three mergers and an asset acquisition and growing the company from a single-asset developer to a multi-asset producer in just two years. Prior to joining Equinox Gold, Christian was the CEO of True Gold until it was acquired by Endeavour Mining for approximately $240 million in April 2016. Prior to True Gold, Christian held senior positions at Endeavour Mining, New Gold, BNP Paribas in London, and Deloitte. Christian brings more than 20 years of experience to the company with expertise in finance and capital markets as well as operational, government and stakeholder relations experience. Christian is currently a director of Northern Dynasty and Plateau Energy Metals.

Mr. Middlemiss, P.Eng, is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Prior to joining Wesdome, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. ("SAS") until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002 he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Kirkland Lake Gold Inc.) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering & Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a native of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and has extensive experience in the mining of gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

Matt was appointed President and CEO of Marathon Gold in August 2019. He has over 25 years in mining exploration, project development, construction and operation. The Valentine Gold Project is the third mine development project he has been involved in.
Matt was previously the President and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he led the C$947M project financing for the Renard Diamond Mine in north central Quebec and oversaw its successful construction and ramp-up.
Prior to Stornoway (and its predecessor companies), Matt was employed by Aber Diamond Corporation (subsequently Dominion Diamond Corporation) as Vice-President, Marketing, and thereafter Vice-President, Technical Services and Control, during which time he participated in the US$230m project financing for the Diavik Diamond Mine and oversaw Aber’s technical and marketing operations during Diavik’s construction, ramp-up and operation.
In 2015, Matt was awarded the Viola Macmillan Award by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and in 2017 he was the Northern Miner Mining Person of the Year and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Mining and Energy, Quebec). Matt is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh (B.Sc. Geophysics, 1987) and the University of Toronto (Ph.D. Geology, 1996).

Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Mr. Salamis has over 30 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. Mr. Salamis has been involved in over $1.4 billion of M&A transactions, either through asset sales or his involvement with junior mining companies. Mr. Salamis was most recently Executive Chairman of Integra Gold Corp. which was sold to Eldorado Gold for C$590 million. Mr. Salamis co-led the efforts behind the 2016 Integra Gold Rush Challenge and the 2017 #DisruptMining initiatives that encouraged innovation and technology disruption in the mining industry. Mr. Salamis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from University of Montreal — École Polytechnique. Mr. Salamis has discovered, financed, built, managed or sold more than 5 major minerals deposits around the World. He began his career working for two major mining companies over a 12-year period before transitioning into mineral exploration in 2001.

John Miniotis has over 17 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He was previously the Interim CEO of Aethon Minerals Corp where he was responsible for overseeing the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions strategy of the company, which culminated in the successful merger with AbraSilver. Prior to joining Aethon he was the VP Corporate Development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for approximately $310 million. John was also the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Lundin Mining, where he played a key role in successfully executing various acquisitions valued over $2 billion, and was also responsible for Investor Relations. Formerly, Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines, Chief Operating Officer of Silver Standard Resources Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa, among many operational and project development roles with Placer Dome. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex, open pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a CGIC Accredited Director.

Phillips S. Baker, Jr., a director since 2001, has been our Chief Executive Officer since May 2003 and has served as our President since November 2001. He served as Hecla’s Chief Financial Officer from May 2001 to June 2003; Chief Operating Officer from November 2001 to May 2003; and Vice President from May 2001 to November 2001. He has also served as a Director of QEP Resources, Inc. (a leading independent natural gas and oil exploration and production company), since May 2010, as well as serving as a Director for Questar Corporation (a Western U.S. natural gas-focused exploration and production, interstate pipeline and local distribution company) from February 2004 through June 2010.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. He has also been a director of the Company since 2016.
Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima.
Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and has been involved in many capital market transactions, including placements of equity and debt, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is past President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

Jorge A. Ganoza co-founded Fortuna Mining Corp. in 2004 and currently serves as our President and CEO and as a Director on our Board. Jorge is an experienced geological engineer who has worked on mineral exploration, mining and business development projects throughout Latin America since 1995. Before founding Fortuna, he worked in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies operating in Central and South America. He graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1995. Jorge served as director of Ferreycorp from March 2017 to July 2020.
Alasdair Macleod
Alasdair has been a celebrated stockbroker and Member of the London Stock Exchange for over four decades. His experience encompasses equity and bond markets, fund management, corporate finance and investment strategy.
Alasdair commenced his career on the London Stock Exchange as a stockbroker in 1970, becoming senior partner of his firm in 1979. Subsequently, he became an executive director in a mutual fund management company. He returned to stockbroking full time in 1984 during the City’s Big Bang. In 1997 he moved to Guernsey, where he was commissioned as a consultant to a number of offshore companies in the Island’s finance industry. He became an executive director of an offshore bank, Ansbacher (CI) Ltd, with responsibility for fund management activities in both Guernsey and Jersey.
In 2011, Alasdair was pleased to join Goldmoney as Head of Research, since when he has written a weekly column on economics, finance, precious metals, and geopolitics. He is a frequent guest on podcasts, radio, TV, and as a conference speaker.

Daniella Dimitrov is President, Chief Financial Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer of IAMGOLD bringing over 20 years of mining, capital markets and corporate governance experience to the position. Prior to IAMGOLD, Daniella was Partner, Investment Banking at Sprott Capital Partners. She has also served as President and CEO and as CFO of a multi-mine precious metals producer, as Executive Vice Chair of an iron ore developer, as COO of a national wealth management and capital markets firm and in various corporate development roles in mining and financial services. Ms. Dimitrov is a member of Ontario’s Mining Advisory Group and has served as a director of several companies in mining and oil and gas. She holds a Global Executive M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business as well as a law degree from the University of Windsor. Ms. Dimitrov was chosen as one of the Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining for 2016 and speaks frequently on various topics including capital management, talent management and ESG.

Jody Kuzenko was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in October 2018. She is a senior mining executive with over 25 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Vale (formerly Inco). After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Jody moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership in many areas of mining operations including refining, strategy, safety, health and environment, energy and utilities, and community, labour and government relations. Jody holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, and is a Certified Director from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.
Jody serves as a Director of Torex Gold, The Mosaic Company, and the World Gold Council. She also sits on the Canadian Council of Women CEOs and is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University. Previous Board experience includes the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Association of Major Power Consumers of Ontario and Industrial Gas Users Association, Canada. In 2020, she was named one of the ‘Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ by Women in Mining UK as well as one of the ‘2020 Names to Know’ by CIM Magazine.

Frederick received the ‘Young Rising Star’ Award at Mines & Money 2018, holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Edinburgh and was on the founding committee of Young Mining Professionals in London.

Mr. Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a division director of investment banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.
Mr. Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. Mr. Learmonth is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Mines, Zimbabwe. Mr. Learmonth was appointed Caledonia's Chief Financial Officer in November 2014 and became the Chief Executive Officer in July 2022.

Mark Child
Mr. Child joined Condor’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise the 587 sq km La India Project. He has overseen 85,000 m drilling and all technical studies for a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study. He has led the Project to be fully permitted for construction and extraction, purchased all the land and negotiated the purchase of a new SAG Mill, which has arrived in Nicaragua. He has led the financing for the Project over the last 13 years and de-risked the Project to a “construction ready” status.
Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group. He has board level experience of AIM listed and private companies.

This presentation will cover the fundamental issues for the gold industry in a world of cost inflation and trade disruptions, and how equities are placed to perform in 2022.
Jackie previously worked at BMO Capital Markets in 2018 and covered primarily Canadian-listed base and precious metals equities. Jackie was named a Brendan Wood’s TopGun Equity Research Analyst since 2019 and to the Institutional Investor All-Canada Research team since 2020. Prior to joining BMO, she was Associate Portfolio Manager, Global Metals & Mining at one of Canada’s largest independent mutual fund companies. She was named as a Canadian TopGun Investment Mind in 2018/19. Jackie also spent eight years in sell-side research covering the Canadian metals, mining, and bulk commodities sectors. She started her career in industry at Stelco Inc., where she worked as a metallurgist for six and a half years.
Jackie holds a bachelor of applied science and master of engineering in metallurgy and materials engineering from the University of Toronto. She also holds a master of business administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She is a licensed professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Colin Hamilton is a commodities analyst for BMO Capital Markets. Based in London and with over 15 years of experience in commodity markets, he leads BMO’s market intelligence and price forecasting efforts across base metals, bulk commodities, precious metals, and battery raw materials. With a background as a metallurgist, strong focus on China and global trade flows, and deep subject knowledge, Colin’s publications offer value-added insight on industry developments. He is also a regular presenter at leading industry conferences.

Vincent Metcalfe
Vincent, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nomad, is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in the metals and mining sector. Prior to his current role, he held a number of officer and senior executive roles with TSX and NYSE listed resource companies. As an executive he helped several companies advance and develop mining projects. He has extensive shareholder relations knowledge and proven experience in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and financial engineering. Prior to his executive roles, he advised resource clients with a focus on precious metals, base metals, and bulk commodities, in both mergers & acquisitions advisory and financing at large Canadian investment banks for nearly 10 years. Vincent is a Founder and Managing Partner of Northern Peak Capital.
Brian MacArthur
Mr. Brian MacArthur, CFA is a Managing Director in the Basic Materials Group at UBS Investment Bank, Research Division. Mr. MacArthur specializes in the coverage of basic materials with an emphasis on North American mining and gold companies and Canadian fertilizer companies. Earlier, he was an Analyst at the firm. He has been an Analyst since 1991. Prior to this, Mr. MacArthur served at Bank of Nova Scotia as a Corporate Banking Officer. He has been a highly ranked analyst in numerous metals and mining, chemical and fertilizer surveys. Mr. MacArthur is a chartered financial analyst. He holds a B.Sc. in engineering geophysics and an MBA from Queen's University.

Mr. Everett is a geologist with more than 14 years of surface and underground exploration experience with senior mining companies. He moved to the financial sector in 1990, and spent 12 years with BMO Nesbitt Burns focused on resource equities, and seven years with PI Financial Corp. in senior resource institutional sales and capital markets. From 2008 to 2015, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Axemen Resource Capital. Mr. Everett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Geology from the University New Brunswick.
Tim Wood

Tim Wood has served as the Executive Director of The Denver Gold Group, Inc. since April 2011. Prior to joining DGG, Tim managed retail and institutional investment conferences in the U.S. and South Africa, including Mining Indaba. Tim also has extensive experience in publishing and publishing technology having founded several publications, and as an editor for several media enterprises.
He earned a graduate degree in International Relations, and a Diploma in Business Administration, both from the University of the Witwatersrand. He read for the degrees after completing compulsory military service as a combat artillery officer at the conclusion of the Angolan war.

Mr. Jordaan has 30 years of international processing and mining industry experience. He has extensive management and operations expertise at global senior and mid-tier mining companies. Mr. Jordaan was most recently with Newcrest Mining Ltd., Australia's largest gold miner, as Programme Director for transformation of PNG operations, General Manager of Lihir Gold Mine, one of the world's largest gold mines and Chief Performance Officer. Prior to that, he was the CEO of International Ferro Metals Limited, an LSE listed chrome mining and smelting company. Mr. Jordaan holds a Masters degree in both Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.

David Cole
Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining extensive global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole’s success as part of Newmont’s exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minahasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont’s exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early-stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical expertise coupled with a keen business sense. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an M.S. in Geology.
